Try something completely different to get your creativity going again. For example, I sometimes like to cook or take a walk when my brain seems to be stuck on something. Also, I don't think there is any reason to feel pressure about the Flipnotes you post. Every time you create something new it makes you stronger, and opens up new possibilities (regardless of what other people think). Making mistakes is a good way to learn your weak points and improve upon them. Over-complexity can be a problem too, and you might want to try to think back about the basic reasons why you like making animation in the first place, and why it makes you happy and then start again from there.
